The AWD-UL is actually a great tool to have on the road anyway. It is extremely powerful and robust, comes in a nice carry case, and can deliver up to 120psi at least 100L/min. So it is perfect for topping up tyres FAST, to say nothing of air beds, beach toys, balls, etc. And, most importantly, your inflatable sup. It will put a board up to full pressure in about 5-7 minutes. The one big important warning we have to stress is that it does not have a cut-off, so you not just connect it up and leave it. (If you do then after about 15 minutes there is going to be one mother of a bang!).
Here’s some tech spec on the pump:
Powerful 600W Motor
Uses a permanent magnet motor with sealed bearings and stainless steel valves with thermal cut out protection.
Twin Head Pump
Provide 100 Litres per minute of high pressure air, suitable for inflating many large tyres quickly.
Aluminium Housing
Extruded aluminium compressor housing with steel cylinder lining provides maximum cooling and long life. This ensures the compressor can work harder and longer even in desert temperatures.
Sand Tray
Provides convection cooling of the motor and stability while operating in sandy conditions.
Storage Case
Heavy duty plastic case neatly stores the compressor and accessories while providing protection against damage.
Easy Connection
100A insulated battery clips with 1.8 metre heavy duty lead for direct battery connection and On/Off switch. Inline fuse protection.
6 Metre Coiled Hose
Allows you to reach all your tyres without disconnecting the compressor.
Easy to Clean
Removable foam air filter for extended compressor life.
Remote Pressure Gauge
Fitted to hose for setting the tyre pressure includes rubber protection sleeve, kPa and PSI readings
